Health Tips: Three of Dr. Winfrey’s Top Tips
Those that come to me often request information about staying in good health. I have accumulated a list of a hundred and one detox weight loss ideas, which I now forward to all. I present 3 of these ideas today.
Pamper Your Liver. Modern living constantly damages the liver - the key organ for detox. I advise that you be thinking of cleansing and pampering your liver regularly. A manner in which you can do this is with a monthly two-day master cleanse diet. A different approach would be to squeeze the juice of half a lemon in a mug of warm water first thing every morning. Monitor stress to keep it at a low level and keep your fat consumption moderate.
Don’t Skimp on Water Intake. It is an alarming piece of information that most people experience mild, chronic dehydration! Medical researchers are finding that dehydration is an element in many illnesses. Drinking water is a natural detox course of action, cleansing toxins and waste from the body’s cells, tissues and organs. All of us must understand it is necessary to consume fresh water every day — not sugary fruit drinks or sodas or coffee. Aim to drink 3 quarts daily.
Eat Fresh Vegetables and Fruits Every Day. Apart from clean water, the enzymes of raw fruits and vegetables are potent detoxers. If you’re not eating a raw salad at least once a day, change that and make it a lifestyle habit. Fresh fruit daily is another available way you can detox your body without the hassle of a detox program. Prevention, remember, is the essence of good health.
